I am on the larger side at 6 foot 4 inches, and 235lbs. I got an XXL and it is very large. I like it! I could have gone with an XL but I like these shirts a lot, dont wanna give them back lol. I usually have an issue where the XXL just goes wider, not longer, these are the opposite, they are very long and very comfy! The pocket is nice too!!
